1. Cancellation Policy

• Individuals can cancel their subscription before the payment is made.
• Once payment is made and credentials are shared, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect details submitted by user.
• After credentials are shared with the individual.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
• The amount will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made.
